Programs We Offer

image At Rodney’s Village, we believe that knowledge is power—and when shared with intention, it becomes a catalyst for lasting change. Our programs are specifically designed to empower young parents with the tools, education, and support needed to build stable, healthy, and thriving families. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by parents between the ages of 16 and 22, we are proud to launch a series of community-based workshops and informational sessions tailored to meet their needs. These sessions will focus on essential topics such as financial literacy, parenting skills, mental health and wellness, early childhood development, navigating education and career pathways, and accessing local resources. Through these interactive and supportive gatherings, we aim to foster a strong sense of community, boost confidence, and equip young parents with the knowledge and practical strategies to create positive, lasting outcomes for themselves and their children.

Current Offerings: Informational Sessions & Workshops

  • Healthy Parenting & Child Development
  • Conflict Resolution & Emotional Intelligence
  • Financial Empowerment & Workforce Development
  • Building a Support System & Community Engagement
These sessions will also allow us to gather feedback from participants to shape our future programs.

Future Initiatives: 12-Week Empowerment Cohort

We envision a world where no child has to grow up in fear, where every family has access to the tools they need to thrive, and where love and healing replace cycles of violence and neglect.

As we grow, we plan to launch a 12-week cohort program that provides:
    ✔ In-depth training & mentorship from experts.
✔ A village-based support model where parents help each other.
    ✔ Hands-on skill-building for long-term stability.
This program will give young parents a structured pathway to raising emotionally intelligent children while gaining economic and personal empowerment.
